What you share

The inquiry form asks for your name, company, business email, product category, destination and requirements. Quantity, budget, timeline and one reference file are optional.

How it is used

HOVLEM uses these details to review and respond to your sourcing request. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails or trigger an automatic buyer reply.

Processing and storage

When online submission is enabled, Cloudflare processes the form, security checks and private inquiry records. Resend processes the notification email to [email protected]; Private Email handles the receiving mailbox. These providers may process information outside your country. Inquiry records are not published on this website or in its source repository.

A reference file is sent as a private email attachment through the notification provider; it is not uploaded to a public file URL. If notification fails, the attachment may not reach us and may need to be supplied again. Please avoid sending passwords, payment information, sensitive personal data or trade secrets.

Source and abuse prevention

We retain campaign parameters and the referring website's origin to understand how inquiries find us. Attribution is kept in this browser tab's session storage. We do not store the referrer's page path or query string. Cloudflare uses your IP address for security checks; our rate limit stores a rotating keyed hash, not your raw IP address.

Questions or removal

Contact [email protected] with your inquiry reference to request a correction or removal. Records and mailbox copies are reviewed for deletion when they are no longer needed for the inquiry or applicable recordkeeping. Provider retention and backups may differ.
